The holiday home is located in Siófok, in the Ezüstpart (Silver Shore) area, at 26 Hungária Street, only 290 meters from the free public beach.

The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with TV, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for average everyday cooking needs. Detailed information about the facilities can be found below.

There are 4 air conditioning units in the house.

The property is surrounded by a huge garden in a peaceful environment with mature trees. Guests can enjoy barbecue facilities, campfire grilling, and outdoor cooking in a cauldron. Garden furniture is available for our guests’ comfort.

The yard can accommodate parking for 2–3 cars.

The holiday home has also hosted team-building events, bachelor parties, and bachelorette parties. Feel free to contact us with similar requests as well.

Prices are for informational purposes only; please request an individual offer in all cases.

Pre- and post-season (until June 13 and from September 1)

For 1–6 guests: 45,000 HUF/house/night + tourist tax, minimum 3 nights
For 1–2-night stays: 9,000 HUF/person/night + tourist tax

High season (from June 13 to September 1)

For 1–6 guests: 51,000 HUF/house/night + tourist tax
During high season, bookings including weekends require a minimum stay of 5 nights.

The use of air conditioning is not included in the price.
(The consumed kWh is charged at the end of the stay according to the current electricity service rates, based on the individual meter reading on the unit.)

We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome house-trained pets as well!
Extra fee: 1,000 HUF/night

The tourist tax for guests over 18 years old is 750 HUF/person/night.
