The holiday home is located in Siófok, in the Aranypart (Golden Shore) area, 350 meters from the free public beach.

The holiday home offers 7 rooms with 6 bathrooms, TV, balcony or terrace. The house has 2 kitchens, both equipped for average everyday cooking needs. Detailed information about the equipment can be found below.

Out of the rooms, 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as the ground-floor kitchen and dining area, are wheelchair accessible.

The house is surrounded by a huge garden in a peaceful environment with mature trees. Guests can enjoy table tennis, barbecue facilities, campfire grilling, and outdoor cooking in a cauldron. Garden furniture and swing benches provide additional comfort.

Free internet access is available in our apartments. The rooms are equipped with fans.

The yard can accommodate several cars.

The holiday home has already hosted music camps, language camps, school trips, team-building events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and class reunions. Feel free to contact us with similar requests as well!

Prices 2026

Prices are for informational purposes only; please request an individual offer in all cases.

Pre-season (until June 12 and from September 1)

For 1–10 guests: 75,000 HUF/house/night + tourist tax
The base price is valid for up to 10 guests; each additional guest: 7,500 HUF/person/night + tourist tax
For 1-night stays: 85,000 HUF/house/night + tourist tax for 1–10 guests

High season (from June 12 to September 1)

For 1–12 guests: 98,400 HUF/house/night + tourist tax
The base price is valid for up to 12 guests; each additional guest: 8,200 HUF/person/night + tourist tax
During high season, bookings including weekends require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Children under 6 stay free without an extra bed.
Children under 14 with a separate bed: 4,500 HUF/child/night.
We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome house-trained dogs as well! Fee: 1,000 HUF/night.

We cannot accept SZÉP cards.

From January 1, 2026, the tourist tax is 750 HUF/person/night for guests over 18 years old.

In case of a reduction in the number of guests after booking, the full previously agreed accommodation price remains payable.
